Wire EDM Services
Our first CNC machine was our wire EDM, or electrode discharge machine. We pride ourselves in our capability to manufacture our own dies, and form cutting tools used in house.- this is what makes us unique!!!
Wire EDM is a very precise way of cutting dies, punches, prototype parts, form cutting tools, key ways, splines, collet slotting, hardened tool steel and carbide. Using a brass alloy wire of only .012 in diameter, our machine has simultaneous 4 axis control so we can cut tapers, blend top and bottom shapes using our master cam CAD / CAM software. We often are used by other shops for our services on our EDM.
