Liberty Tool & Die is a family owned business that started in 1970, founded by Lou Gagliano who started his tool maker apprenticeship in a tool and die shop in Rochester, New York. Relocating to Orlando, Florida and working for Lockheed Martin Company in the model shop, he started Liberty Tool & Die working part time in his garage building tools and fixtures for many local companies, some in which we still do business with today!
Liberty Tool & Die started by building stamping dies, tools, fixtures and doing general job shop machining. With ever changing economic times and markets our company has grown to excel in precision manufacturing. Specializing in CNC Swiss Screw Machining, CNC machining and metal stamping from prototype to high volume production runs serving all industries!
Now in our climate controlled facility conveniently located a mile from the intersection of highway 50 and I-4 in downtown Orlando, Florida, we excel in CNC Swiss type screw machining an CNC mill/ turn Lathe we offer customers better value threw technology by producing parts complete in one operation. We have invested in state-of-the-art machine tools that are capable of multi-tasking operations so that we can make parts faster and more precisely all on the same machine tool in the most case in one operation.
By using these multi-tasking machines we are able to reduce our overhead expensive and past the savings onto our customers. Being that one employee can tend to several machines and in some cases, depending on the job, we can actually run our machines lights out, or unattended 24 hours a day. Also, doing parts complete in one operation instead of multi operations, from one machine to the next, we can make your parts with less human interaction which means more precise, faster, cheaper, and less chance of scrapping parts.
