We offer multi axis CNC Swiss style machining here in our clean, climate controlled facility. From as little as one piece to high volume production runs, our sliding head stock machines employ sub spindles, live tools, and multi tasking CNC controls. They are equipped with magazine barfeeders, chip conveyors and mist collectors. We also run a high grade vegetable based oil to machine parts, which gives better part finish, improved tool life and is less wear and tear on the machines. The advantages of a Swiss, sliding head stock machine, is that you can turn long parts, hold very good tolerance and the part finish is superb.

With all of these modern technologies that our Swiss machines offer, we often run our machines “lights out” or over night if the job is fit for this. So what this means for you is we can manufacture your parts faster, more precisely, and at less cost to you.
